SOLE Beat the Heat SaleJuly 26 – August 22
The one rule: we build all the text — headline, price, buttons, badges, even the red bar at the very top — in code (HTML), laid over your photo. You never put text in the image. Your only deliverable is the background photograph (the “plate”). To re-message a slider for a different promo, we just edit code — you don’t re-touch anything.
What YOU deliver — the photo
- Wide landscape, 1920×720 or larger (bigger = more room for us to crop).
- Keep the left ~40% dark, clean, low-detail — that’s where our text sits (the “type well”). No subject and no bright windows in it.
- Seat the subject bigger and about two-thirds across — not jammed at the far-right edge.
- Full headroom — never crop the person’s head.
- Keep the whole machine in frame & grounded (base on the floor, with a shadow) — never clip its defining parts: treadmill deck + console + uprights · elliptical stride arms + flywheel · recumbent seat-back + pedals + console. The person may bleed off-frame; the product may not.
- No baked-in text, logos, prices, or badges.
What WE do — in code
- Place & style all copy, the price lockup, the CTA button, the trust row.
- The dark left fade (“scrim”) that keeps the text readable.
- Responsive sizing for phones, desktops, and big monitors.
- Swap the copy for each promo — without touching your photo.
Below is each slider exactly as it renders now, with two markers: the type well (keep it clean) and the subject (crop tighter & bigger). The notes under each say exactly what to change. The empty band between the text and the person is the thing to fix — and the fix is a tighter crop of your existing hi-res photo, not a re-shoot.
Also — mobileOn phones we crop the same photo tall
Your wide photo gets cropped to a tall portrait on phones — right now it goes nearly black and the subject barely shows. Please make sure the subject still reads when cropped to a centered vertical slice, or give us a portrait-safe version of each.
